Nine Anti-aging tips Staying Younger Longer

Can not figure out where to start to improve the quality of your life?

Here are some simple things to help get started. If you can follow the suggestions of a month, you'll be well on its way to reducing belly fat and anti-aging, establishing a lifestyle…

It is not difficult if you really want to do it. Remember, these are baby steps, but you have to start somewhere.

1. Check your refrigerator.

If you USA butter, you can use less water-and-half-half with olive oil. Leave a bar of butter soften at room temperature. Beat is smooth and gradual hit an equivalent amount of oil. Is cerement, but will create a soft spread in the refrigerator.

2. Rethinking the Mayo.

If you can not live without it, make your own with olive oil. Then you have something really useful to spread the bread or to make a salad.

4. Keep a gallon bottle of water on the kitchen counter or at work.

Drink at least half of it every day. With that in plain view will help you drink more of it.

5. Check your pantry.

Do not refuel chips, cookies, soda, toaster pastries, sugar breakfast "cereals" (a misnomer if ever there was one!) It's so easy and fast to encode a couple of eggs for breakfast as expected by pastries to toast. I know how hard it is to get rid of garbage nutritionally bankrupt, so do it in small steps that you can not do it cold turkey.

6. Substitute whole grain bread for white bread.

Beware of "wheat" bread wheat is probably not full. If possible, go for an entire market and get some real food whole wheat bread. In my area, I can buy incredibly good whole grain bread from Alvarado Street Bakery. You can buy it online, and if you do, put it in the freezer minutes it arrives. Since it is "live" and preservative free, it will get very quickly Moldy if you leave it out. I particularly enjoy the whole Alvarado sprouted grain bread.

7. Having an entire market near food becomes easier to reduce the processed food.

If you visit a couple times a week you can get all super-fresh fruits and veggies you need to provide a healthy diet for your family. For protein, focus on roast chicken or baked preference. I use a lot of ground turkey you can prepare so many ways. If you work and are pressed for time, many food markets all offer excellent take out. You will notice that I did not mention fish.

I rarely buy fish because it is so difficult to get good fish. If I can not get wild salmon or other fish that has not been raised ranch, not worry. I would never eat shrimp because it causes intestinal problems. There is another way to get the benefits of eating fish in fish oil capsules. Yes, you run the risk of contamination there, too. But I think I prefer to opt for the supermarket fish than the capsule that looks like its seen better days, and probably has.

8. Skip fried anything, as far as possible.

And you certainly will not need your deep fat Fryer, no longer, so throw away. (Well, give it away. But you will not be doing anyone a favor.)
